If what you mainly want is to practice and test a strategy on past prices, track every trade in a journal, and practice with other people in a shared room, TradeFlux is built for that job. Here is an honest look at where each one fits.

Where TradeFlux fits

  • You want bar replay on a free plan to rehearse trades on forex, gold and indices, and you are fine with the free plan’s limits.
  • You want backtesting that ends in a journal and numbers on your own decisions: win rate, profit, and results by market, day and strategy.
  • You want to practice with a group in Trade Team, where everyone sees the same candles and answers are revealed together.

Where TradingView is the better choice

  • You want to place trades with a real broker from your chart.
  • You want a large public community, shared ideas and a big library of public scripts.
  • You need the widest range of tools and data that a long-established platform offers.

Many traders use both. Try TradeFlux free and see whether it fits how you practice. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
